Nothing to Report

I wrote this back in November, 2014:

I feel like I am not allowed to work on it until the Family Room is done, and I should be mudding the family room ceiling, but I can't mud the ceiling because I have to balance my check book and I can't balance my checkbook because I really need a shower.  Also, this week the temperature has dropped at least 20 degrees, so now it is too cold to go outside at all.  I need a garage.

I really wanted to find a good book all about how to renovate a vintage travel trailer.  I have a book on how to build a swimming pool.  And a book on how to upholster furniture.  I thought for sure there would be a book out there somewhere about restoring a trailer, but I haven't found a very helpful one yet.

I bought this book on Amazon for $5.02: It might have some useful information it.  But I can't tell, because there are no pictures.

I also bought this for $5.29: The Complete Vintage Travel Trailer Restoration Manual.  They sell a video too, but it is basically $9.95 for a ten day rental.

The manual had some okay stuff in it, but it wasn't totally comprehensive.  It had no useful information about dealing with water damage, and the pictures were so bad they may as not have not been in there.  I apologize to the person who put together that manual.  I don't want to be mean.  Send me an email and I will help you put together a better one.

I swept it out the other day.  So there is that.  You'll have to just imagine the difference a good sweeping made though.  No pictures.

Total Cost So Far: $510.31

Halloween 2014

Doctor Who and Harry Potter had a great time this Halloween.
Harry was as sassy as ever.
But I think the Doctor was feeling a little under the weather.
Even so, fezzes are cool.

We carved up some pretty nifty pumpkins,
and of course we made our traditional Halloween Cookies Houses.

Ooh, very spooky.

Halloween = Fun!
