I found the pattern in an Etsy store called Gulf Coast Cottage.   And I think he is pretty darn cute. He's getting dirty though.  Does felt wash well?

The other day he put a colander on his head, grabbed a bbq skewer and came and stood in front of me with his lips tightly closed, and not moving at all.  I finally figured out he was being a soldier standing at attention.  I really don't know where he gets this stuff.
